Eads Landscape in Paducah, KY can transform your ordinary yard into an outdoor landscape paradise.

Eads will meet with you at your home or business and carefully listen to your landscape wants and needs. Our team will then do a thorough professional landscape site evaluation and develop a landscape design with your personal lifestyle and needs in mind.

What to Expect:

Site Visit
A member of our design team will meet with you at your home or business and discuss what you envision for your paradise.

Evaluation
The Eads Landscape designer will then evaluate the site including measurements, drainage layout, amount of sun, type of soil, outdoor lighting, current hardscapes (paving, wood structures, stone etc.).

Design
The Eads Landscape design team will then prepare an Architectural design drawing or Computer Generated Design that enables you to experience the beauty of your new landscape before we ever begin work at your home or business.

Presentation
An Eads Landscape designer then presents & explains your landscape plan & provides an estimate for installation. Normally this meeting takes place at the Eads Garden Center in order to show specific plant and hardscape materials.

Installation
All materials are ordered and/or pulled for each job, then stored in a landscape holding lot at our Garden Center until time of installation. We have installation crews available for landscape plantings, irrigation, and pavestone.

Follow Up
All completed jobs are inspected by the owner of Eads Landscape and Garden Center, Keith Eads, to ensure you are completely satisfied with your new landscape.

Warranty
All landscape projects installed by Eads come with a full one year warranty. We will replace any tree or shrub that we install within the first year.

Extended Warranty
Any landscape installed and maintained by Eads under contract has a warranty for the life of the contract.
